Von &#8220;Mach Sitz, Spitz!&#8221; bis zum &#8220;in die Decke einrollen&#8221; ist alles m\u00f6glich ! Wir fangen mit leichten Tricks an und steigern uns langsam. Wir machen leichte Tricks kombiniert mit \u00dcbungen zum Muskelaufbau.
